Registered in the year 2008, Career Guidance Council (CGC) is a non-profit organization, which provides platform for students and jobs seekers to connect with the professionals from industries who share their experiences and ideas for the benefit of students and jobs seekers.
The upliftment of today’s youth lies in education, which is an essential part in their lives. However, without proper planning, the students lag in reaching onto their career ambitions. As an Initiative, Career Guidance Council consistently organizes programs to help students and jobs seekers plan their career effectively and in accordance to their goals and aspirations. Additionally, students in schools and colleges do not know what is required in them for a better career. Hence, CGC likes to bridge this gap between campus and companies.
India is a land of “Unity in diversity,” and CGC strongly believes in this statement.
In CGC, we have volunteers from every corner of India and beyond (of Indian origin).
We have volunteers from every cast, creed as well as from different hierarchical levels viz. associate to director, working in multinational companies.CGC has been contributing to the development of India by motivating and promoting higher education for many students at different levels.
CGC contributes towards creating employability in India by referring students and job seekers to MNCs and by organizing job fairs. CGC is trying to reduce school and college dropout rates in India by counseling parents and making them aware of government and private scholarship schemes. If required, CGC provides scholarship to the deserving students to continue their education.
CGC also supports deserving students by paying their competitive exams training fee and that for their technical courses. We do career counseling for students from KG to PG and their parents. We also render trainings for teachers to adopt best approach and methods of teaching.
